We’re excited to share a glimpse of what’s ahead on the waterfront at Power Station.
This view — stretching across the Bay from the heart of Dogpatch — will become home to Prequel Park, a planned 2.75-acre interim public waterfront park designed to bring immediate outdoor amenities to the neighborhood.
Prequel Park will introduce new open space for recreation, gathering, and community connection — all anchored by the site’s iconic 300-foot red stack. The vision is to create a welcoming environment for jogging, casual sports, and everyday waterfront enjoyment in one of San Francisco’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
We feel fortunate to have reimagined a space that will offer a remarkable experience to the public.
