From a trainee to an experienced Elevator & Escalator Engineer, and now a Technical Content Writer, my 15-year journey has taught me one thing: the more you learn, the more you realize there is still more to learn.
I started my career working hands-on in the vertical transportation industry, and over the years I've grown through installation and commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, technical support, safety inspections, training and mentorship. I'm still learning, still troubleshooting, still getting my hands dirty 🛠️ and still asking, “What caused this fault?” instead of simply, “How do I reset it?” 😅
But somewhere along the way, my career took an interesting turn. I discovered that my technical knowledge could also be used to write, communicate, build professional brands and help others tell their stories better.
That journey into content writing and professional development has introduced me to some amazing resources and people.
