A distinguished Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience, Kaviyarasan has built an impressive career across the elevator, automobile, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors. His expertise spans strategic HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, talent management, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce transformation.
Prior to joining Hitachi Lift India, Kaviyarasan served as General Manager – HR Corporate at MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he worked closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen talent acquisition and workforce planning, enhance performance management systems, and drive HR policy and process excellence.
Earlier, he spent nearly 10 years with Mitsubishi Elevator and Escalator, Dubai, serving as a strategic HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits specialist. During this tenure, he managed HR operations, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, incentives, and HR budgeting across 21 locations in 17 countries, covering Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Central Asia.
His professional journey also includes key HR leadership roles with Johnson Lifts Private Limited , Leo Fastener Pvt. Ltd and Remy Electricals India Limited where he gained extensive experience in manufacturing HR, industrial relations, contract labour management, statutory compliance, payroll, and employee engagement.
In his new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Kaviyarasan will lead Hitachi Lift India's people strategy, strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance organizational culture, and drive talent initiatives that support the company's continued growth and transformation.
