Hitachi Lift India has appointed Kaviyarasan Rajasekaran as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its executive leadership as the company continues to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. In his new role, he will lead the company's people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align human capital initiatives with Hitachi Lift India's long-term business objectives across its expanding operations.
A seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience, Kaviyarasan brings deep expertise across the elevator, automobile, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully partnered with business leaders to build high-performing organizations through strategic HR business partnering, compensation and benefits, talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance. His ability to align people strategies with business priorities has consistently enabled organizations to strengthen workforce capability while driving sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Hitachi Lift India, Kaviyarasan served as General Manager – HR Corporate at MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd where he partnered with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR transformation initiatives. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade with Mitsubishi Electric Middle East Africa and CIS Dubai, leading compensation and benefits, HR operations, payroll, and performance management across multiple geographies spanning Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Central Asia. His earlier leadership experience with Johnson Lifts Private Limited, and Remy Electricals India Limited further strengthened his expertise in manufacturing HR, industrial relations, contract labour management, and organizational effectiveness.
Recognized for his collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset, Kaviyarasan is known for building scalable HR systems, developing leadership capabilities, and creating performance and reward frameworks that foster employee engagement while supporting business growth. His people-first approach, combined with strong operational expertise, has enabled organizations to cultivate high-performance cultures and navigate transformation with confidence.
