Hitachi Lift India has announced the appointment of Kaviyarasan Rajasekaran as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant addition to the company's executive leadership team as it continues to strengthen its people strategy and support long-term business growth.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources across the elevator, manufacturing, engineering, automobile and industrial sectors, Kaviyarasan brings extensive expertise in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, performance management and statutory compliance.
Before joining Hitachi Lift India, he served as General Manager – HR Corporate at MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd., where he led workforce planning, talent acquisition and HR transformation initiatives. He also spent nearly a decade with Mitsubishi Electric Middle East Africa and CIS, overseeing HR operations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and performance management across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and Central Asia. His earlier leadership roles at Johnson Lifts & Escalators and Remy Electricals India Limited further strengthened his expertise in manufacturing HR and organizational effectiveness.
In his new role, Kaviyarasan will lead Hitachi Lift India's people agenda by strengthening talent strategies, enhancing organizational capabilities, developing leadership pipelines and aligning human capital initiatives with the company's long-term business objectives.
