Spent the past two days with our France, Belgium and Luxembourg team in Paris, and wanted to share a couple of points that were on our agenda and make me very excited about our way forward across Europe:
1. Our Digital Services: what amazing things we can do for our customers and the users of our elevators&escalators by providing transparency, occupancy insights (for e.g. HVAC optimization) as well as predictive and remote services. Did you know that we can for instance fix predictively up to 80% of issues that might lead to a failure in the normal operation of the elevator? It’s pretty cool! And very value-adding.
2. One Week Modernization: the modernization opportunity in Europe is huge as the existing building and elevator base is old. We can modernize elevators in only 5 working days, minimizing the disruption for building tenants. Modernizing improves the elevator’s energy-efficiency, and we make it digitally connected, enabling all of our digital services. It’s fast, digital and green!
