Break through your boundaries!
Recently, a talk session of Hitachi Group’s Learning & Networking platform, #OpenBoundaries, was held in our company’s free space.
The session began with remarks from Mr. Nori Amiya, CEO of the CI sector, followed by a special lecture by Ms. Yukino Kikuma, a former TV announcer in Japan and now a lawyer, on the theme of “Breaking through your boundaries.”
Some of the key takeaways that stood out to me were:
👉 Design your own life with intention
👉 Understand the gap between your goals and current state, and approach it strategically
👉 Be open to exploring different approaches to move toward your goals
Through her personal experiences, Ms. Kikuma shared the importance of continuing to challenge yourself without giving up.
The session also featured lively Q&A, fostering great interaction between the speaker and participants.
