🏢 Hitachi has opened the BuilMirai Experience Center in Noida, creating a new hub for AI-powered smart building innovation.

🌱 The centre showcases how AI, digitalised asset data and Hitachi’s expertise can help organisations improve energy efficiency, sustainability, operational performance and occupant wellbeing — all through a unified building management platform.

🤝 Developed in collaboration with Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd. and GlobalLogic Inc., the hub will serve as an innovation and customer engagement space for BuilMirai, built around Hitachi’s next-generation HMAX for Buildings solution portfolio.

⚡ GlobalLogic will lead the digital engineering of the platform, while Hitachi Lift India brings local operational expertise, including elevator systems and services. This collaboration strengthens India’s role in Hitachi’s global smart infrastructure strategy.

🌍 As India’s urbanisation accelerates, demand for smart and energy-efficient building solutions is rising. Insights from the centre will support BuilMirai’s global rollout and expand Hitachi’s building solutions business with India as a strategic base.
