KONE is proud to provide the vertical transportation systems for 350 Park Avenue, a landmark development set to transform Midtown Manhattan's skyline and redefine Class A office space.
Rising approximately over 1,414 feet across 64 stories, the tower will be among the tallest buildings in the United States and deliver 1.8 million square feet of premier office space. KONE's high-speed MiniSpace™ elevators and digital solutions will help move more than 6,000 employees, visitors, and tenants efficiently and comfortably throughout the building.
