This state-of-the-art facility serves as an innovation hub for "BuilMirai," a digital service built around "HMAX™ for Buildings"—a next-generation suite of solutions that pairs real-world installed base data with Hitachi’s deep domain expertise and advanced AI.
Through an integrated building management platform, visitors can see firsthand how smart building technology boosts energy efficiency, sustainability, operational visibility, tenant well-being, and overall infrastructure performance.
Driven by rapid urbanization and economic growth, India's demand for energy-efficient, smart commercial buildings and infrastructure is soaring. This new center positions us to meet these local needs while driving global expansion in building solutions right from India.
