Biniwale is an experienced sales and business professional with expertise across sales strategy, customer acquisition, project sales, channel management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and regional business development.
Prior to his current role, Rahul served as Branch Manager at Birla Elevators Limited, following a nearly 10-year tenure with Blue Star Limited, where he progressed from Area Sales Manager to Manager and managed project sales across Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh. His experience also includes roles at Symphony Limited, Nova Group of Companies, and Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning.
In his new role, Rahul will focus on strengthening sales performance, developing customer and channel relationships, supporting business growth, leading teams, and driving operational initiatives across the engineering and building solutions sector.
