So today marks 24 years with TKE (Thyssenkrupp)
I started in the field at the tender age of 19. At the time, I had a few simple goals, do the work right, get home safe and make a living doing something I truly enjoyed. That mindset has never changed.
I believe in being straightforward. Being present, honest and to set clear expectations. Support people when things get hard and hold the line on standards and values when it matters most. I’ve always believed strong teams and cultures are built on trust, accountability, and respect, not titles.
I’m proud of the teams I’ve helped build over the years and the people who’ve grown into leaders themselves. I can say with ease, watching others succeed has been the most rewarding part of the journey.
Grateful for the relationships, the lessons, and the work still ahead.
