TKE modernized 22 elevators in the 43-floor, 166-meter Casselden Place office tower. Equipped with AGILE destination control (DSC) and MAX Monitoring, the upgraded systems deliver smoother traffic flow, higher reliability, and real‑time insights, supporting a modern, connected workplace.
TKE completed the elevator modernization in 2025 and was awarded the service contract in 2026.
