Almost 6 years ago, I joined KONE not knowing where the journey would take me. Turns out — quite literally everywhere.
The last 3 weeks took me to our HQ in Helsinki where I met my team and worked on our leadership learning offering. After that, I had the privilege of working with our internal trainers in Madrid on delivering our sales skills training. This week in Chicago we discussed how our learning offering can fit the needs of our local sales teams.
A few things that stayed with me:
Listen before you deploy. What works in one market might need adjustment somewhere else.
Reinforcement of learning happens in the field. In the daily moments between leaders and their teams — not in frameworks.
People don’t need more content. They need the right support, at the right time.
Six years! Grateful for the work, the people, and the learning. 💙💙💙
