First climate-related financial disclosure chapter in Australia: successfully closed.
We have completed our first year of mandatory reporting under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), aligned with the Australian Accounting Standards Board’s (AASB) climate-related disclosures.
This has been a valuable learning journey and a strong example of collaboration across KONE Australia, regional, and global teams. By combining strengths across finance, sustainability, risk, and reporting, we were able to close this first reporting cycle successfully — and we are proud to have received positive feedback from our auditors.
This outcome reflects the solid foundation we have built through practical and impactful Cut Carbon actions. The reporting process was therefore not only about disclosure, but also about articulating the real progress and actions already underway.
