Today, in Sydney, we can announce that KONE has received formal approval from the Fair Work Commission for the KONE ELEVATORS SYDNEY REGIONS ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2026.
This has also been signed by the ETU and AMWU, marking several months negotiations.
While negotiations were robust and many views were shared, we have reached agreement with no industrial action being taken.
This agreement sets rates of pay and enhances many terms and conditions for our employees over the next three years.
Thank you to the bargaining team, IR team, people team, delegates, union officials and all our employees. Thanks for your patience and professionalism. We listened to each other inclusively.
