🚀 Successful Launch of SPARK Vietnam 2026
In early February, SPARK Vietnam – our Employee Resource Group for Women and Male Allies – officially kicked off 2026 with the workshop “Wellbeing for Women”, hosted at our Ho Chi Minh City office and livestreamed via MS Teams.
The session marked a meaningful start to the year, bringing colleagues together to focus on personal wellbeing, balance, and long-term resilience — values that strongly reflect KONE’s commitment to caring for our people.
We are also proud to introduce the emblem of SPARK Vietnam: the Vietnamese Conical Hat (Nón Lá). Deeply rooted in everyday Vietnamese life — especially for women — the Nón Lá symbolizes grace, resilience, and sustainability across generations. It reflects the spirit of SPARK: supportive, enduring, and forward-looking.
The workshop saw strong engagement from employees across locations, with practical insights shared by our guest speaker from Workplace Options. The session provided actionable perspectives on wellbeing and building a balanced lifestyle in today’s dynamic environment.
