When I first joined KONE, one thing that genuinely surprised me was how many colleagues have been with the company for years—and are still passionate, engaged, and performing at their best. As I got to know them, I kept hearing inspiring career stories. Many had moved across different roles, departments, and even countries. At KONE, we don't just talk about internal mobility—we actively encourage it, create opportunities for it, and most importantly, make it happen.

Yesterday's annual KONE Career Day was a great reminder of why this matters. It wasn't just about showcasing career opportunities; it was about helping our people see what's possible and encouraging them to take ownership of their careers.

The stories shared by our colleagues were inspiring. Beyond being proactive and open to new opportunities, what stood out most was the strong support from managers and teammates who coached, encouraged, and empowered them to succeed in new roles. That's how internal mobility comes to life.

A special thank you to Ying Jyun (Jean) LIOU and our amazing KONE Ambassadors for bringing Career Day to life. From the live popcorn station, Muah Chee station, Osmanthus coffee station, to ice cream at 10am, the fantastic turnout and vibrant atmosphere were made possible by your creativity, passion, and hard work.

Thank you to all our speakers for sharing your journeys so openly. They reminded us that careers don't have to follow a straight line—and that's what makes KONE such a special place to grow.
