I was truly honoured to join the global KONE leadership meeting this past week. I was equally honoured to share the story of our wonderful local teams in South West Region and Australia New Zealand.

It was an inspiring few days connecting with colleagues from around the globe, but more importantly, to sharpen the focus on what matters most right now: ruthless prioritisation, consistent execution, all with a deep care for our people and our customers.

I’ve left inspired to double down on our efforts in accelerating digital connectivity and driving greater value for our customers with modernisation.
