As we move through 2026, I'm proud to reflect on the successful completion and handover of several projects across Victoria, working alongside some of Australia's leading builders and project teams.

This year's deliveries included:

🏗️ 130 Little Collins Street – 4 lifts, 28 floors

🏗️ Flinders West – 6 lifts, 27 floors

🏗️ Student Accommodation Carlton – 3 lifts, 17 floors

🏗️ St Vincent's ACMD Building, Fitzroy – 5 lifts, 12 floors

🏗️ 66-88 Green Street, Cremorne – 4 lifts, 10 floors

🏗️ Irving Domain Apartments – 2 lifts, 19 floors

🏗️ National Storage Tullamarine – 2 lifts, 3 floors

🏗️ National Storage Epping – 2 lifts, 3 floors

🏗️ National Storage Campbellfield – 2 lifts, 3 floors

In total, these projects delivered 30 lift units across 122 floors, supporting commercial, residential, healthcare, student accommodation and industrial developments throughout Melbourne.
