A little late to share this one, but probably the right time.
A couple of months ago, I moved into the role of Branch Manager-Head Operations at Fujitec Delhi, after spending my first year here leading Sales.
The role comes with a very different set of responsibilities. I now get to look at the business from a much wider perspective, managing the overall branch operations, people, customers, execution and importantly, the P&L.
For me, this is less about a change in designation and more about taking on a much bigger responsibility.
The last year in Sales taught me a lot about the market, customers, people and most importantly, about building a business in a competitive market. I’m now looking forward to putting those learnings to work across the larger branch.
There’s a lot to build, a lot to improve and plenty to learn along the way.
