We don’t stop learning. As I’m on my way back to Düsseldorf after a two-day hands-on training on #EOX installation at our Training Center in Esslingen, Marc Swinkels, Horia Hategan and I were reflecting on the valuable knowledge gained, the practical experience shared, and the great discussions with my colleagues. Why doing that? I have personally done a number of site visits, but wanted to move away from the surface, and focus on a much deeper knowledge about this specific #workmethod in-practice… beyond Manuals and instructions, and PPTs.

… the goal was to go after the sense of “how the work is done!”

Under the facilitation of Sven Sulz (our technical trainer), Horia Hategan , Marc Swinkels and myself enriched our knowledge about Power climber set-ups, mechanical design and assembly, safety devices and redundancies, and work sequencing.

#Sven, Dieter Fichtner, #Gerhard, Hanna Nilsson and team: Ich danke euch!
