Why Did I Return to TKE Home Solutions?
When I left the company a few years ago, it wasn't out of frustration.
Quite the opposite.
I felt that I had accomplished the missions entrusted to me and, in some cases, had significantly exceeded the initial expectations.
More than anything, I had a desire.
And a need.
A need to explore new horizons.
To discover different industries.
Different corporate cultures.
Different leadership styles.

One thing never changed throughout that journey: I always maintained an excellent relationship with TKE Home Solutions.
Because you don't simply walk away from an organization that helped shape who you are.
So I left.
Not to close a chapter.
But to write new ones.

As an external COO.

When I left, I had little more than a walking stick and a small backpack.
When I came back, I returned with a sailor's trunk.
