One Week MOD is becoming a global movement.
Over the past few weeks, I've had the privilege of seeing something special happening across our KONE teams around the world.
From engineering and product development to manufacturing, supply chain, sales and field installation, people are challenging long-held assumptions and asking a simple question:
"How can we make modernization dramatically faster and better for our customers?"
The answers are inspiring.
We're seeing new offerings designed for installation speed, digital tools that simplify the process, manufacturing improvements, standardized installation methods, and incredible field teams proving that what once seemed impossible is now becoming repeatable.
What excites me most isn't that we've completed modernization projects in less than a week.
It's seeing teams across Europe, Asia Pacific, China, and the Americas learning from one another, sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and continuously raising the bar.
One Week MOD is more than a faster installation. It represents a new way of thinking about modernization.
