Recently, I had the pleasure of being in Manchester for the reopening of our renovated International Technical Services (ITS) Centre, a superb facility that supports our business in Europe.
With the next step in the evolution of ITS, combining engineering excellence with digital capabilities, this development brings key competencies together in one place.
What stood out most to me was the atmosphere: a strong sense of pride, collaboration and a team spirit that truly feels like a family. This is what makes the difference.
