Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Seoul with Bradley Selleck and Rajesh Krishnamurthy, where we spent time with colleagues listening, learning, and connecting. The thoughtful questions, candid dialogue, and openness throughout our visit reinforced why these moments matter. They build trust, deepen connections, and give us valuable insight into what our people need to succeed, grow, and do their best work.
