🚪 Liftdesigner 2027 gives the landing doors their own Culling/Clipping Plane. Pick the reference, finished floor, half door height or top of the door, add an offset if you need to sit slightly above or below it, and the view updates with the model like everything else.
Why that matters: a plan view is the building sliced through horizontally and seen from above. Everything above the cut disappears, everything below it gets drawn. So the height of that cut decides what ends up on the sheet.
With a landing door that makes a real difference.
✂️ Cut at the finished floor and you are down at the sill.
Cut at half door height and you get the panels and the frame.
Cut at the top of the clear opening and you are up at the lintel.
Same door, three very different plan views, and which one you need depends on what that drawing has to prove: the wall opening for the builder, the clear opening for the approval, the door position for the site.
For the cabin you could already set that height. For the landing doors you could not, so you either lived with the view you got, or you corrected it by hand.
