Once the second quarter has closed, it is a good moment to look back on what has been an intense and activity-filled few months.
-We kicked off the quarter in April by spending a few days with EMEA colleagues during the Regional Leadership Meeting. I had the pleasure of participating in a panel alongside outstanding senior leaders -Rosa Querejeta, Udo Hoffmann, Nicolas Mathieu, and Alexis Hamelin- where we discussed the Customer Centricity initiative from a Supply Chain and Manufacturing perspective.
-For the first time, we hosted Otis University in Vigo-Spain. It was especially rewarding for me to be part of this initiative again, having graduated
in 2025 Cohort 1. It was an excellent week connecting with Otis leaders from around the world, engaging with the local team, and showcasing the Vigo-Enor factory and its capabilities.
-In June, we also had the honor of welcoming Thibault Lefébure, EMEA President, to the Vigo-Enor factory. His visit provided a great opportunity to connect with the Vigo team, walk through our manufacturing facilities, and share the evolution of the plant, and the improvements achieved in recent years.
