Today I was able to see for myself just how seriously we take #safety here at Schindler Group
Our leaders are out there observing the observers, reinforcing the behaviours, conversations and culture that keep our people safe every single day.
Learning from one another, understanding the why, the how, the what and even the what’s next - innovation, ideas feedback - love it!
I left feeling proud of the commitment I saw on site, and reminded that a positive safety culture is built through consistency, visibility and genuine care. Thank you Craig Moses for a very valuable day.
And as locations go… Battersea Power Station is a pretty incredible backdrop for a day of meaningful work. ☀️👷♀️
