I'm 35 years old and I have metastatic breast cancer.
Not the most common kind. Not the kind with a clear roadmap.
Mine affects less than 1% of all breast cancer cases — a rare subtype called BC-NED: Breast Carcinoma with Neuroendocrine Differentiation.
Diagnosed at 32. Already Stage IV. Bone metastases in my spine, pelvis and femur.
No visceral disease. ECOG 0. I work, I move, I fight.
I've failed two lines of treatment — both stopped due to severe toxicity, not because my body gave up. My lungs survived a necrotizing pneumonia. My liver survived drug-induced injury.
And I'm still here. Looking for what comes next.
