The Well is one of Canadaโs most ambitious mixed-use developments, transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant new neighbourhood in downtown Toronto.
Spanning more than 7.7 million square feet, the development combines office space, residential towers, retail, restaurants and extensive public spaces beneath a striking glass canopy. Sustainability, pedestrian connectivity and placemaking were central to the design, creating a destination that will serve Toronto for decades to come.
