It was a privilege to visit Schindler HQ in Ebikon, Switzerland.
Winning the Global Digital Connectivity Contest was an honour, but visiting HQ was an entirely different experience.
Coming from a market where our everyday focus is naturally on enhancing customer experience, operations, and numbers, this visit gave me a much wider lens. I got a sneak peek into the future of the elevator industry, and honestly, the scale of innovation, technology and thinking happening behind the scenes was fascinating.
It gave me a completely new perspective on how Schindler is preparing for the future while staying deeply rooted in the values and ethos that have shaped the company.
