Even though I’m no longer working in aviation, it will forever hold a place in my heart and today was the perfect reminder of why.
After stepping off several Schindler Group elevators (smooth 😎) … and boarding a flight, I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Michał Romanowicz Cabin Supervisor.
We first crossed paths many years ago at a previous airline, and it was such a lovely surprise to bump into him again. Watching him run an exceptional flight and hearing about his ever‑evolving aviation journey, now stepping into the world of cabin #safety, was genuinely inspiring. Aviation attracts people who never stop growing.
And because the world is wonderfully small and endlessly accessible, you truly never know who you’ll meet on your next flight…

I’ve always said aviation is a family. You make connections all over the planet, and somehow - no matter how much time passes - those connections find their way back to you.
