This week, we had the privilege of celebrating the January work anniversaries of our incredible team members with our first Anniversary Breakfast at GAL Manufacturing. 🎉
We’re excited to officially launch this breakfast series as a way to recognize and appreciate our employees for all they do to support our teams and our business. Beyond celebrating milestones, these gatherings give us valuable time to connect more closely with staff, hear their feedback, and continue building a strong, engaged workplace.
