Merhaba Türkiye! Spent three days in Istanbul where, together with Thibault Lefébure and Anca Barbat, we met our Turkish colleagues and discussed their priorities, challenges and opportunities. I strongly believe that the best way to support our markets is by listening first. Together, we explored how local needs and insights can be integrated into the Southeast Europe and Turkiye Operating Unit plans. The organization provided meaningful support, grounded in reality and focused on what matters most.
