I’m getting into a business that goes up and down 😄… quite literally.

I’m excited to share that today I begin my new chapter with KONE as Global Head of Total Compensation.

I’m particularly excited to be stepping into a newly created role, with the opportunity to help shape a more holistic approach to Total Compensation bringing together different elements of reward in a way that supports our people, our business and KONE’s ambitions for the future.

There’s something fitting about joining a company built around creating better “People Flow” while taking on a role focused on creating greater connection across how we reward and support our people globally.

And what a moment to join.

As KONE prepares for the planned combination with TK Elevator, two global organisations have the opportunity to come together and shape an exciting new chapter for our industry. Being able to contribute from a Total Rewards perspective as that journey unfolds makes the opportunity even more meaningful.

A heartfelt thank you to Alexandra Le Bell and Kaija Bridger for the opportunity, and for your trust, confidence and vision. I’m grateful to be taking this on and couldn’t be more excited to partner with you and the wider team.
