Update from Daniel Yeo, our Director of Service Operations:
Four weeks in… and what a start!
It’s hard to believe I’ve already completed my first four weeks with Liftec Express.
Starting a new role always brings a mixture of excitement, challenges and plenty to learn, and I can honestly say the first month has exceeded expectations.
I’ve spent the last few weeks getting under the skin of the business, meeting some great people across the organisation, visiting sites, understanding our customers and partners, and getting a much clearer picture of both the opportunities and challenges ahead.
What has really stood out to me is the knowledge, experience and commitment within the Liftec Express team. There is a genuine desire to improve, deliver for our customers and build on what is already a strong foundation.
There is also a huge amount of opportunity.
My focus going forward will be on operational performance, customer service, strong partnerships, continuous improvement and developing our people: making sure we consistently deliver the standards our customers expect while creating an environment where our employees can perform at their best.
And we're growing…
