We’re excited to welcome Lisa Falahee to Metro Elevator as our new Director of Strategic Accounts!
Strategic Accounts is already a significant and growing part of Metro’s business, with strong customer partnerships spanning multiple markets and Divisions. As Metro continues to grow, we’re also seeing increasing demand from customers who want to expand their partnerships with us across our footprint. With that growth comes an even greater opportunity to strengthen how we support these important relationships—continuing to provide the quality, responsiveness, and personal service our customers expect while making sure our local teams have the communication, resources, and support they need to be successful.
Lisa brings more than 25 years of elevator industry experience across strategic account management, sales and business development, branch and operational leadership, project management, and executive leadership. Having worked across so many areas of the industry, she brings a unique understanding of what it takes to build strong partnerships from both sides.
In her new role, Lisa will lead Metro’s Strategic Accounts team, working closely with both our customers and local divisions to understand their needs, strengthen communication and alignment, and support continued growth. Her focus will be on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for our strategic customers across markets while ensuring our local teams have the support and partnership they need to be successful.
