Diverse and Interesting Projects! No two days are the same. You'll work across premium commercial buildings, residential and strata portfolios, hospitals and healthcare facilities, universities, government assets, major modernisation projects and new developments... to name a few.
Make a Real Impact! Your expertise will directly influence asset decisions and help Clients to optimise their valuable Vertical Transportation assets.
About the Role! As a Senior Consultant, you will conduct Lift and Escalator inspections and technical assessments, prepare professional Reports and provide Client recommendations, manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion, develop and maintain strong Client relationships, assist Clients with maintenance, modernisation and asset planning strategies, work collaboratively with our national consulting team, and contribute to continued business growth within the NSW market and beyond.
About You! We're interested in speaking with Lift Geeks who have come through the field and completed an Apprenticeship with a few years' post-Apprenticeship experience, a strong technical understanding of Vertical Transportation systems and excellent communication skills... then it's up to us to teach you the rest!
What Success Looks Like! You're likely someone who asks lots of questions and wants more variety than routine maintenance work. Someone who is always keen to learn and enjoys dealing with Clients, looking for a long-term career opportunity with a rapidly growing national business that has a real family feel.
