How do you modernize critical infrastructure in a hospital that never stops running? 🤔💡
That was the challenge our team in Poland took on at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw – the largest children’s hospital in Poland, that has expanded continuously over the past 60 years.
The project included:
🔹 Modernization of 17 existing elevators
🔹 Installation of 5 new units
🔹 All while the hospital remained fully operational
Through meticulous planning and close coordination, the team minimized noise and disruption – ensuring patients, staff, and visitors could rely on safe and efficient mobility at all times.
A great example of how modernization of elevators can happen behind the scenes – but with a real impact on everyday hospital operations.
