A new chapter begins.
I am truly proud and excited to step into the role of SVP & GM Western Europe at Otis Elevator Co.. Having started my career in the field, this region feels very close to home.
What strikes me most is the strength of our teams: their expertise, their dedication, and their close connection to our customers. This is a powerful foundation for what comes next.
We operate in a world where mobility needs are growing, infrastructure is aging, and expectations are rising. This brings responsibility—but also tremendous opportunity—to innovate, modernise and deliver ever better solutions.
Throughout my journey, one conviction has remained unchanged: Safety is non-negotiable, and one of our three absolutes with Quality and Ethics.
In the coming weeks, I look forward to being in the field, meeting teams, listening and learning from all of you.
