Today we mark the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

At TK Elevator, safety is not just something we talk about – it is an integral part of our daily operations. Every decision, every task, and every customer interaction is carried out with safety as our top priority.

Today, I have the opportunity to join one of our skilled elevator technicians on a service assignment. As a branch manager, it is both important and valuable for me to stay close to our operational work – to understand the challenges, learn from the best, and see how strong safety routines and attitudes are applied in practice.

It is out in the field that a true safety culture is built – through competence, awareness, and the ability to make the right decisions, even under pressure.

We have come a long way, but we are never “finished” with safety. Continuous improvement, openness, and involvement from all employees are key to succeeding.

A big thank you to all colleagues who contribute every day to a safer workplace.
