Our teams upgraded three escalators in one of the longest and deepest tunnels in the Czech capital.
The Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station, among the busiest in Prague, is now home to three Schindler 9700 escalators that feature modern safety elements, extreme load capabilities, remote monitoring, and improved energy efficiency.
Schindler CZ/SK - výtahy a eskalátory technicians 👷transported the 14 parts – weighing over 50 tons per escalator – down to the metro tunnel to assemble them with laser precision on-site.
