Had the privilege of presenting the citizenM story alongside Robert Guidice, at Schindler’s annual Senior Executive Meeting in Lucerne last week.
The opportunity to stand up in front of Schindler’s senior team and share where citizenM came from, how the model works, and what the Marriott brand acquisition means for us as Another Star was a real highlight.
That new chapter is well underway. The brand is now part of Marriott International, but the hotels, the teams, and the partnerships that keep everything running are still ours.
Another Star was built by the people who created citizenM hotels. We are still here, still operating, still pushing forward. Just with more resource behind us now.
None of it works without the right partnerships.
Schindler Group has been part of this journey for a long time, and the best supplier relationships go beyond contracts. They are built on trust, shared culture, and a genuine interest in where each other is heading.
