27 years ago a group of college students that believed they could do anything had the first ever Doster Leadership Conference and Case Competition for what was then Purdue School of Management… now the Daniels Business School. One of the reasons they believed was the amazing faculty and staff… especially Barbara G. Doster who inspired and trusted and developed countless students.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to go back as an alumni table leader. The conversations, questions, curiosity and eagerness was contagious. The future is bright for the next generation of leaders! I enjoyed my table’s conversations as well as the speakers.
The icing on the cake was seeing three of the original crew! Patrick Lenihan , Brooke Anderson and Mary Heredos ! The cherry though was seeing my daughter be a table leader, mentor the underclassmen and work the room networking. Can’t wait to see where your path leads Taylor Scott !
