On 25 June 2026, SNEF held our 3rd session of Leaders Lounge that brought together C-suite leaders across manufacturing, finance, technology and professional services for an evening of open dialogue and meaningful connection.
The session reaffirmed a simple insight: when senior leaders are given space away from formal titles and agendas, genuine connection follows naturally.
๐กLeaders Lounge was created to close that gap, offering a space for cross-industry exchange, shared experience and relationship building beyond the usual professional circles.
Conversations moved freely across the realities of leadership today, from navigating organisational change to building resilient teams. For several attendees, the evening led to connections with peers they would not otherwise have met, a reminder that some of the most valuable exchanges happen outside formal agendas.
๐ฌ Many participants shared that the deliberately open format, without a fixed agenda, made it easier to engage candidly and connect on both a professional and personal level. First-time attendees particularly valued the chance to meet C-suite counterparts from different sectors, while others highlighted the venue and setting for encouraging natural movement and conversation throughout the evening.
SNEF's CEO, Hao Shuo, also shared insights on the organisation's direction ahead, reinforcing SNEF's continued commitment to supporting employers through stronger advocacy, deeper engagement and platforms built around real value.
