This idiom is very often in my Teams call background and I truly believe in this message but our task is to go further supporting other functions in building Quality within their processes.
Our role is not to inspect output or step in for other functions, but to guide teams through a deep analysis of their own processes. Only when people dive deep into how they work can they truly own their accountability and responsibility.
Quality cannot be added at the end but it must be built into every process, from within.
