Had the opportunity to visit the thyssenkrupp office in Mumbai for a client meeting on a Reliance Industries Limited project I'm working on.
Meeting in person made all the difference — we discussed the entire control philosophy in detail and gained clarity on deliverables and the overall process outside our battery limits, all in a fraction of the time it would've taken over email.
A good reminder that some conversations are simply better had face-to-face.
