Softworld is honored to be connected with KONE Southeast Asia in Vietnam to exchange ideas and explore potential collaboration opportunities in technology, particularly in digital transformation and system integration.
This marks another important milestone in Softworld’s system integration capabilities, as we successfully completed the integration and testing of the KONE Cloud API – R2R (AI Robot Control System), meeting KONE’s technical requirements and receiving the API Consumer Certificate of Completion.
The solution was tested using the Service Robot API – Version 1.0.1, enabling connectivity between service robot systems and elevator infrastructure through the KONE Cloud API. This integration opens up new possibilities for smarter operations and greater automation across buildings, hotels, and service environments.
Notably, KONE shared that “Accelerate Digital” is one of the key priorities in its development strategy, with a strong focus on connected digital solutions such as KONE 24/7 Connect, KONE API Services, and Remote Service.
This direction also creates valuable opportunities for Softworld to continue exploring technology solutions that address real-world operational challenges and deliver practical value to businesses.
