A few days ago, I completed my participation in π’ππΆπ π¨π»πΆππ²πΏππΆππ, a learning program of Otis Elevator Co. that, over the course of 10 weeks, allowed me to go beyond my role and day-to-day responsibilities.
Sharing this experience with colleagues from different geographies and functions has undoubtedly been one of the most valuable aspects of the program. It encourages you to broaden your perspective, gain a deeper understanding of the business as a whole, and reflect on the challenges ahead from different angles. Experiences like this remind us of the importance of pausing, listening, and learning from one another.
One of the key takeaways has been the value of building connections across the organization. Networking is not just about expanding your contacts, but about better understanding how we work, how we think, and how we can collaborate more effectively.
It has also been a great opportunity to further develop key skills. I walk away with new ideas, new connections, and, above all, the conviction that continuous learning and the exchange of experiences are essential to keep growing, both professionally and personally.
